Located near the historic city center and the beachfront

The villa is in a quiet neighborhood of Athens, less than 500m from the beachfront where you can swim, have a beverage by the sea, eat your lunch or dinner, or enjoy the numerous playgrounds.

The beachfront also offers countless choices for some nightlife action, from cafeterias, to bars and clubs, you can make your pick and have a blast until sunrise.

You will be only a 5-10 minutes’ drive from the city center, where you can visit the famous Acropolis and the Parthenon, a number of museums, the Kallimarmaron Stadium and many other landmarks of ancient history.

The villa is 15 minutes away from the port of Piraeus, which connects the city with the countless Greek islands (you can even go on a daytrip), and about 40 minutes from the airport.
